We got back to New Zealand and Gone Bambu on 2 Feb. If you want to sound like a kiwi it's Fib. Moving back on board was frightening. It starts with a really tall ladder, the boat's about 2 stories high when out of water, and hauling crap up and tossing rubbish down. We slapped new bottom paint on, and prepared to splash when cyclone Gabriel struck. Can you imagine? Escaping Florida hurricanes just to land in a cyclone. Luckily, I had rented a VRBO home since they evacuated the marina and shut down the island. We accomplished a few things.
