I was scanning the news and came across this Yahoo news article about the state of climate which featured this picture.
Holy luffing jibs. There's a lot of chicken jibes between that little red blob below (ish) Australia on one side of the globe and San Francisco on the other. I'm going to need a lot of coffee and chocolate. Let's not forget a Xanex now and then.

Darrell and I are back in New Zealand and back on board Gone Bambu after a 2 and 1/2 year absence. I'm way behind on what we've been up to. This is the most recent thing I'm into and I'm much better at sharing videos than I am trying to compile, edit, and post pictures. Besides, videos are fun.
What I didn't mention on the video is that I used the wrong with the flour. Since I'm going to make a third attempt at bread baking, I'll talk about New Zealand and flour in the next video . But what's funny, but not in a funny haha kind of way, is that they speak English here but it's not the same language. The guy on the boat next to us asked to borrow our hose pipe. What is that!! Duh, water hose. Ahhh. Back to the bread. I walked over to the Binn Inn (our local spice store) and chatted with some Kiwi's about my sad looking bread. She picked out a flour, called strong flour here, not bread flour. See what I mean? Anyway, I'll try again in a day or so.
